Shoutout to my sister Sureya that introduced this quote to me. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.

Ever since I heard this, it’s stuck with me. Whenever I find myself rushing through a task, I remind myself that slow is smooth, and smooth is fast. This applies to pretty much everything. There’s no rush. Even if there was, doing it mindfully is the most efficient way to get things done.
